Halibut Chowder

One of our new winter favorites is Halibut Chowder.  Cory brought the recipe ( and the fish) back from Alaska.  I was a little leery at first, but it is so delicious!

One of my kitchen favorites is my Mario Batali Dutch oven...its red and pretty.  The splash over the side is from my sous chef :)

Not homemade biscuits...but still good!
